Provider Resources

Thank you for expressing interest in the Workplace Solutions preferred providers affiliate network.  We have been providing high quality, high touch, comprehensive EAP Services to local, national, and international organizations for over 30 years.  This has been made possible, in part, by building positive relationships with the professionals that comprise our affiliate network. 

If you are interested in learning more about the affiliate process, please feel free to browse information regarding Workplace Solutions’ policies and procedures in the Affiliate Manual.  Examples of our required paperwork can be found in the Affiliate Manual.

If you would like to become an affiliate of Workplace Solutions, please go to Becoming an Affiliate and fill out an application.    We will keep your information on file, and our Provider Relations Specialist will contact you when a need arises in your area.

If you are a provider who has received a referral from Workplace Solutions, we request that you abide by the following procedures to ensure quality customer service and client care:

• Please contact the client within 24 hours of receiving a referral, and then call the Intake Department at 1-800-327-5071 to notify them of the status of scheduling an appointment.  We ask that 2 attempts be made on the part of the provider to reach the client.
  
• The counselor should complete the assessment in 1-2 sessions.  Upon assessment, it should be determined whether the client’s presenting issues are appropriate for short-term counseling or ongoing counseling through insurance referrals.
  
• EAP short-term counseling should be able to be completed in 6 sessions or less.  Based on the assessment, if it appears that the client would benefit from ongoing counseling, then referrals through insurance should be provided to the client after the assessment takes place.
