Trauma and Critical Incident Response

Workplace Solutions^® is available to address sudden or traumatic events that impact the workplace.  This includes any event that would adversely affect the workplace environment such as violence, chronic illness, sudden death, workplace accidents, suicide, layoffs or natural disaster.  An EAP counselor specifically trained in Critical Incident Response Services would consult with representatives from your organization to design an appropriate intervention.  On-site services are provided within an appropriate time frame given the circumstances of the event.
