Stage 2: During the event…
Workplace Solutions^® can provide on-site services during the notification process to provide crisis intervention and support for employees as well as consultation and support for managers and Human Resources.

Stage 3: After the event…
Workplace Solutions^® can help your organization with the process of restoring productivity by providing debriefing sessions for managers and Human Resources.  In addition, we can assist your remaining employees in coping with their survivor guilt and when the time is appropriate, provide services to rebuild your team’s morale.
