Director of Business Development & Administration

Paula is a key member of the Leadership Team at Workplace Solutions^®. As Director of Business Development and Administration, she is responsible for new business growth and supporting account retention. She also manages our Intake and Administration Departments. And, Paula serves as Account Manager for several of Workplace Solutions’^® long-standing accounts.

Paula has a Masters Degree in Human Services with a concentration in Employee Assistance Programs from National-Louis University.  Her undergraduate degree is in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Paula is licensed by the State of Illinois as a Clinical Professional Counselor and holds a national certification as an Employee Assistance Professional. She is a member of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA).  

Having been with Workplace Solutions^® since 1993, Paula has been responsible for the delivery of a full realm of EAP services. She has provided counseling services to individuals in need guidance and support in addressing a range of personal and/or professional concerns.  Paula has also facilitated numerous leadership trainings, wellness seminars and team building events for a variety of audiences from industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, municipalities, school districts and other professional organizations. 

The depth and breadth of her EAP experience makes Paula a trusted consultative resource to organizations when they are faced with addressing difficult situations in the workplace. Within Workplace Solutions^® our staff members often turn to Paula as a “thinking partner” to resolve challenging issues. Thus, all of our accounts are able to benefit from her wisdom and experience.
