History
Workplace Solutions® EAP was established over 20 years ago by Alexian Brothers Medical Center, and joined by Kenneth Young Mental Health Center, to provide Employee Assistance Services to their respective employees and to businesses in the surrounding community.
The Human Resources Consulting Group began operations in 1988 as a broad-based consulting firm. The group began providing EAP services to Chicago-based companies with a regional and national reach. Comprehensive human resources consultation and organizational development services were provided to client companies as well.
In 1996, these companies joined to form Workplace Solutions®, in order to strategically expand and enhance our Comprehensive EAP Programs and to add Leadership and Organizational Development Services for our clients locally, nationally and around the globe. Currently Workplace Solutions® serves over 175 large, medium and small client organizations throughout the United States and abroad. |
