Do I have to pay for EAP services?

All assessment and referral services are included at no charge to employees and dependents living in their home. Short-term counseling services are often included in the EAP plan at no charge. For longer-term assistance, services are generally covered by your health insurance plan. We help you to access specialized providers who are members of your health care network.

Are EAP services confidential?

Workplace Solutions® follows federal and state guidelines to insure confidentiality. No information can be disclosed without the written permission of the employee/family member.
