Susan Mayfield, Ph.D

Co-Managing Partner

As Co-Managing Partner of Workplace Solutions, LLC, Susan serves as a senior clinical consultant. She is available to assist our staff to resolve difficult clinical issues, crisis situations and to make managed care decisions. She has a deep understanding of the value that a high touch EAP program brings to meet the need for today's organizations to ensure that their people are productive in the workplace and coping well with everyday life challenges.

Internally, Dr. Mayfield provides leadership development to ensure that our own staff members grow professionally to meet emerging marketplace needs in the areas of training and executive coaching. She provides training to our staff on clinical topics as well as organizational development topics.

With a deep knowledge of both behavioral science and business leadership, Dr. Mayfield strives to serve as a living example of the executive wisdom, customer focus, thoughtful planning and consistent execution that creates shared success with client organizations. She maintains a special interest in and commitment to developing women in leadership.

Dr. Mayfield is a member of the American Psychological Association, Illinios Psychological Association, Society of Consulting Psychology, and the Healthcare Women's Business Association.
