Mary Speno, Ph.D

Co-Managing Partner

As Co-Managing Partner of Workplace Solutions, LLC, Mary serves as senior clinical consultant. She is available to assist our staff to resolve difficult clinical issues, crisis situations and to make managed care decisions. Having worked extensively with EAP and managed care companies, Dr. Speno has a deep understanding of the need to balance excellent clinical care with a cost effective approach to providing treatment.

Internally, Dr. Speno consults with our staff to ensure operational efficiencies and to develop best practices in EAP service delivery.

Dr. Speno obtained a Ph.D in Clinical Psychology from the University of Missouri at St. Louis. She is an Illinois Licensed Psychologist and is listed in the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology.
