Please Read: Important Procedural Expectations
As an affiliate of Workplace Solutions, we expect that:
- you will promptly contact the client to schedule the initial EAP appointment unless otherwise indicated
- the client needs to be offered a routine initial appointment within 4 (four) business days of our initial contact with you. Emergency referrals need to be seen within 24-48 hours.
- you will notify our intake department of the date & time the initial appointment has been scheduled
- you will contact the case manager after the assessment to provide your clinical impressions and follow up plan
- all clinical forms must be submitted within forty-five (45) days of session completion to ensure reimbursement
- all invoicing will be directed to Workplace Solutions; under no circumstances will invoices be sent to a client for EAP sessions!
NOTE: Additional sessions may be available beyond the initial assessment sessions authorized, however any subsequent sessions held without prior authorization will not be reimbursed.
